Affiliate marketing is basically in short, selling others’ products as an affiliate. An
affiliate is like an independent salesperson that gets a commission on each
completed sale. You can be an affiliate of many affiliate programs or just one. It’s
your choice. And you can sell anything online from physical products like DVDs,
vitamin supplements to digital products like ebooks and music MP3 files.
Becoming an affiliate is not a difficult task on the internet. There are dozens of
affiliate programs online that accepts almost everyone into their program. And
registration is in most cases, free.
The job of the affiliate is to expose the product to potential buyers. Making the
sales however does require some work on your part as an affiliate. The whole
marketing process can be an interesting one albeit challenging for some. When I
first started on affiliate marketing, I too faced some difficulties in getting it right.
But I soon learnt through ebooks, forums and from people who made it good.
Affiliate marketing is one of the greatest opportunity and indeed easiest ways for
anyone to make a fortune online. The Dot Com boom and increasing interest and
usage of the internet as the main source for information has created many
opportunities for products to be sold online.
Anyone can get started and do it full time or part time. It does not matter what
you are doing offline for a living. You can be a teacher, an engineer, a banker, a
doctor (yes, there are doctors who switched to affiliate marketing as their new
career), a retail sales assistant, a crane operator, a full-time mother or even a
teen. Yes, there are some celebrity affiliate marketers who dropped out from
college to pursue affiliate marketing. Surely, there must be something alluring?
Ok, by now, your appetite must be whetted. The reason why I wrote this book is
to show you the killer secrets of affiliate marketing for you to succeed and not
struggle as an affiliate and hopefully become the next internet marketing guru!

Prosperity, Success And Social Networking
Social Networking is a great way to go beyond news and the economy. Social Networking puts us in contact with a healthy and prosperity based mindset which is helping us to build a solid and prosperous future.
Going to College was an experience that could be of great help when the economic news are so complicated worldwide and the economic gurus are floating in wonderland and the bankers of the world are just guessing, what the answers should be.
However, Russell Brunson a leading entrepreneur, gives us what could be the turning point for a better life style for everyone of us. Russell states that the responsibility of entrepreneurs is: “1.- Create Value in the world. 2.- Create Jobs and opportunities and 3.- Stimulate the economy”
From Economic School I learned a concept that bankers should use for building prosperity for all and that they have used to make Casino like operations to create wealth for themselves speculating with the money of account holders.
For us, it is a way to get more money moving fast from those who have a need or want to those who have solutions. And we are here to provide value services and solutions. We are online to give value and help the economy by stimulating new opportunities and finding new avenues of productivity and well being.
As we know the Law Of Attraction is a very powerful law, we have to find ways to attract economic growth, to build healthy and prosperity based ways to make a difference during troubled times. We have to focus in ways to make our dreams a reality no matter what the news are referring to. We have to understand that the credit cards are important but we have to focus in improving our way of thinking and be enthusiastic about our potential to build great results in the middle of gloomy times.
Using the wisdom from china’s philosophers, we have to accept the fact that we can not change the way they handle the crisis they created. However we can change the way we see a new reality full of opportunity and find people who are ready to build a more solid way of building our society and our economy, based on productivity and creativity and far away from casino like solutions. Also we have to take seriously Russell’s formula based on the idea that we have to create value for us and others, stimulate the economy and create jobs and opportunities.
We have to join or create Social Networks with a vision for a better world and the determination to use Internet tools and the knowledge of successful entrepreneurs who have been there and know the way to a better society and a prosperous mindset.
As though many of us are work at home entrepreneurs or are working and learning to become successful entrepreneurs, we have the power and the responsibility of creating wealth for us and guide others into the creative process which is producing a new breed of enthusiastic human beings who are ready to promote the new social force to build a solid economic system based on a creative and productive Life Style.
We have to create trust and enthusiasm by offering great value solutions, products and services and delivering great results. We have to use the Law of Attraction, to build confidence, produce outstanding results and work together to achieve our dreams and build a solid foundation for a healthy and prosperous future.
As a youngster my brothers and my family shared our free time in a family farm where we raised cattle. Without knowing that Russell would theorize in the creative process to build a healthy economy, we created value by raising cattle, milking the cows and producing milk, cheese and other products. None of us would accept the speculative side of the business because everyone in our family felt we were responsible for the well being of all of us and having enough money and resources to build a prosperous life style for all of us.
Now as a work at home entrepreneur and a millionaire on the making I’m building my business using affiliate programs which are helping myself and others to become Financially Independent creating value for myself and those who are using my sites to learn the affiliate way.

Mistery, Love And Halloween
Halloween is besides tradition, the opportunity for love, renew relations with friends, relatives and for romance too. People love corny costumes and Halloween is a great time to use our creativity and enjoy witches, pirates, cowboys and fairies at many Halloween parties.

Supercharge YOUR eMail Marketing

Think about these three things:
Only 1 person is reading your message at a time
Your readers want you to be consistent
Your readers want you to help them
Your readers want to buy useful things
Only 1 Person Is Reading Your Message At A Time
Even though you are technically writing messages that will be seen by (hopefully) thousands of people over time, each email is actually read by just one person at a time. This means you need to write your messages just to one person.
Instead of writing to “you all” or “some of you”, write directly to “you” or “one of my best customers”.
Also, you can use personalization fields in autoresponders like Aweber, where everybody gets their email with their actual first name in the message.
Your Readers Want You To Be Consistent
In general, people like a routine because its comfortable and doesn’t confuse them.
With autoresponder marketing, consistency means emailing your subscribers with regular frequency, and having a typical format to your messages.
I like to send out messages every 2-4 days, but only when I have something of value to give. Some people like emailing every day, and others once a week or two. Regardless of what you determine your frequency to be - stick to it.
When it comes to formatting your messages, I like to always include a link in my emails. This makes it routine for my readers to know that after reading the email, they’ll want to click on the included link for more.
Even when I’m not promoting a product, I do this. I’ll include part of a lesson in the email, and then have a link to my blog to finish the reading. You never want to have your email message be a dead end. Because then, the only link to click on in the message is the one to unsubscribe!
Your Readers Want You To Help Them
Many people think that using autoresponders as an essential part of their business means sending out promotional emails every time. This is partially true - you are promoting yourself and your expertise each time you send a message. But you don’t have to be selling anything. What you are really doing is building a relationship of trust between your readers and yourself.
Your readers want to know that you aren’t just trying to suck cash out of their wallet. So don’t be stingy with your free advice, tips, etc. Ultimately, you need to prove to each reader individually that you are the person they should turn to for answers.
Your Readers Want To Buy Useful Things
People love to buy things, but they hate being sold to. I’m sure you’ve probably heard this before, right?
Well, it’s true. Most people get great joy when they make an excellent purchase. The trick is you have to make sure your customer feels that they get a great value from you when they give you money. They want to feel like they got the better end of the deal.
So don’t be afraid to offer a product or service to your readers - whether it’s an affiliate product or one of your own.
If you genuinely feel that your readers will benefit from using a product or service, then your recommendation will have a big impact on them. If you are just after some cash, your readers will quickly figure that out and abandon you.
And if you DON’T offer your readers something to buy, then you aren’t building a business. You’re just making friends.
Put these tips into action, and you’ll be well on your way to long term online profits!

Generating good solid Network Marketing leads can be a chore or it can be a very simply act.
What resources are you using to attract the right leads?
Today, I want to share some of the resources and tools that are working for our group to attract the right kind of leads for their business.
Marketing online does not have to involve 'Rocket Science' and you don't need to be an "Internet Guru" or possess extraordinary skills.
What you do need is the ability to read and follow directions.
So, if you feel you have the very unique skill to be able to read and follow directions, then please read on.
In this post, I will share a few simple tips to help you attract leads and solid prospects for your primary business. I will talk about using a "prospecting system" and then I will talk to you about advertising your prospecting link. We will cover things like Traffic Exchanges and Marketing Lists and Safelists and Social Networks. Today, I will cover Traffic Exchanges only as it's important that you learn one task at a time.
So, let's begin by talking about the system you will need. Many of you reading this post will already have a "system" in place and you can use the process I'll talk about to advertise your link.
Ok, let's get started shall we?
Step
You can do this one of two ways, either by using a system that is created for you or by creating your own "lead capture" system. (there are actually many systems out there and many ways to do this, we'll concentrate on two systems and a few simple resources that work).
The system we use is called 'Earth Friendly Biz' (EFB), and our system is based on a "3-step process" that attracts leads and encourages activity. Prospects view the system and enter their information to learn more about our 3 steps. They are introduced to three programs that we recommend - these programs are then used for marketing our sites - and then they register for their own free system.

If you prefer to create your own lead capture page, I put together a report that shows you how to simply add an auto-responder form to a Blogspot page. Blogspot is a free resource and very simple to use. If you own an auto-responder system such as "Get Response" or "Response Magic" then you are set to go.

Throughout the rest of this report, I will be using the EarthFriendlyBiz system as an example. You can replace my EFB information with your own if you are using a sysem other than EFB.
This is where people tend to fail. They signup for systems such as EFB and then they stop. Either they advertise briefly with no results or they don't advertise at all and their claims to others are "the systems do not work".
If you are one of those marketers, then all you need to do is to continue marketing. Over time, you will see results. I guarantee it.
And I guaranteee this as well, if you keep doing what you are doing, you will continue to get the same results. It's time for change.
The simple steps I will outline below will work but only if you are consistent with your marketing AND with your followup.
NOTE: it does not matter how good a system is, if you don't add your personal follow-up, your business will not grow. You will attract a lot of leads but until you connect with them personally, they will be inactive.
Ok, so let's get started advertising your new prospecting system.
Step 2 - Advertising your "Lead Capture" link
In this section, I'm going to begin discussions on joining and using different advertising resources. In this post, my focus is Traffic Exchanges.
Let's Talk Traffic Exchanges
There is a lot of controversy over Traffic Exchanges and the fact is, they work. However, they only work if you set them up and either surf for credits, purchase credits or earn credits by sponsoring.
Most Traffic Exchanges are free and most offer a monthly, annual or lifetime membership. When possible, I always recommend the upgrade, especially any One Time Offers. If you are new to Internet Marketing, you want to add "upgrades" one at a time as your budget allows. The free traffic exchange memberships work well too.
Here are a just three of my favourite Traffic Exchanges:
EarthFriendlyBiz has your share in Traffic Exchanges and one of my first recommendations. You will want to take advantage of all aspects of EarthFriendlyBiz from their traffic programs to its downline builder.
Step 3 - Setting up your Traffic Exchanges
Each exchange offers training on how to setup their program and use the system. I encourage you to take time and become familiar with each exchange as you join.
You are going to advertise your lead capture link.
In this example, because we are focused on the EarthFriendlyBiz system, you will setup your EarthFriendlyBiz website.
You will be asked for you Website URL and information when you join the Traffic Exchange program.
If you are advertising a lead capture page, you will enter that link when you join and setup the Traffic Exchange programs.
You want to spend a few moments each day surfing through the exchanges that you are a member of. Most exchanges offer bonus credits for surfing each day and you will be introduced to other members sites. It's always a good idea to see what others promote on Traffic Exchanges.
Lead capture type sites are the best to advertise on exchanges. Anything that captures your reader's contact information.
Traffic Exchanges are just one of many resources you will learn to use online.

If I were to give out one word of advice it will be this: Take this slow. Don't join every program and resource out there thinking your business will grow. You must learn to understand how each system works and you must setup your systems properly.
Far too often I see new members and even seasons members take on too much at once and become lost in the sea of information and learning.
If you take your time and learn the basics of each program, understand how they function and learn to set them up properly, you will be able to successfully use the Internet to build your list and build your primary business.

Common Social Networking Mistakes

There are a few mistakes that people make when using social networking sites to try to get more exposure for their business. These mistakes can be minor and not amount to much, or they can be fatal and cause you to lose your business and never make contact with anyone.
Naked Profile.
If you try to use social networks by just signing up and sending bulletins and emails to people, you’re missing the point entirely. If you don’t have a profile that’s the first thing people notice. You’ve already ruined your credibility and made yourself look like a scammer. Anyone who doesn’t take the time to at least set up a simple bio page has nothing to present. Even if you add friends, what are they going to see? No one wants to do business with someone they don’t know. To them you’re like a stranger lurking in the shadows with no real identity. You also want to have a nice picture of yourself so they will see it when your activity comes up in the search engine of the site. If you don’t have a picture people see you as the default no pic blank photo and this makes you look like you’re not professional or trustworthy.
Your About Me Page is all about your business opportunity
This makes you look like you’re broke and you need someone to sign up for your opportunity because you need to pay your light bill. Your about page should be about you and who you really are. It’s not the place to promote or advertise. People want to know you, not what you do or how much money you make.
Too much hype
We already know that your business is the next best thing since buttered bread, but when you have too much hyped up claims about how your business is making you a millionaire in three days, we can see right through it. If you’re that rich why do you need to use social networks at all? You should be on a warm sunny beach somewhere enjoying your good fortune.

Oh boy..that one is a big no no. When you use your friend’s comment box to post an ad or banner for your business, you’ve shot yourself in the foot. Do you honestly think they’ll sign up for your business just because you shove it down their throat?
Put a link or a banner on your profile just in case someone wants to know what you do, but the main thing you want to do is present YOURSELF as someone who is credible and has a handle on who you are as a person.
Social networking is all about making friends, being helpful, and being REAL.
People want to do business with people they can identify with and who they can get to know as a friend first and foremost.
If they want to know what you’re doing to make money online they will ASK YOU. Then you have the opportunity and the PERMISSION to tell them and they won’t feel like they’re being sold to.

Are You a Valentine?
Valentine´s Day
Is there a time for love, romance and relations?
The answer should be a resounding yes. To celebrate emotions, love and romance, people use a lot of symbols: flowers, gems, candy, food, drinks, dance, a romantic dinner, e Cards, jewellery and … chocolate!
The 14th of February is the day for friends and lovers to express their feelings and share a glorious custom by gifts of flowers, gems, romantic letters and more.
Since ancient times people is looking for a time to share glorious moments with those special beings and loved ones.
The Valentine e Cards are the inheritance from a man who was executed the 14th of February of the year 269. He left a note for the daughter of his jailer, to thank her for being so special to him. He signed what we would call an e Card with the signature: “From your Valentine”.
Pagan Romans celebrated the feast of Lupercadia which was one of the orgy-centric all day bashes enjoyed by Romans.
During Lupercadia, which was held on February 14, women would write love letters and leave them in a large urn. Each Roman man would draw a note and go after who wrote the message they chose. Lupercadia which was a fertility festival dedicated to Jaunus the Roman God and Godess of agriculture.
With the advent of Christianity, Lupercadia was banned and Valentine´s day was offered as substitute. Pope Getasius declared February 14 Saints Valentine´s day around 498 AD.
France and England people used to believe February 14 was the beginning of birds mating season, which reinforced the idea that the middle of February, Valentine´s day should be a day for romance.
Besides the United States, Valentine´s day is celebrated in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France and Australia. For a reason I do not know, Valentine´s day is celebrated in Venezuela in September.
Since ancient times, love, friendship and romance are the privilege of everybody. So, Valentine´s is the opportunity for us to show appreciation for those we love, for our friends and for those special beings close to our hearts on a creative and positive relationship.
A great way to show our feelings is by gifts of flowers. A bouquet of cut flowers is awesome as it is able to transform a normal environment into a beautiful garden.
Gifts are traditional as a way to show affection, love, romance and friendship.
Valentine´s day is marvellous to look for and then enjoy a little corner of paradise for a sexy weekend getaway. It is marvellous to enjoy a sense of privacy in sensual surroundings to inspire romance, seduce yourself and somebody special in a sleek sexy hideaway for lovers.
Find that magic place overlooking a lake. Enjoy fountains, fireplaces, a Watsu massage pool and a seductive, spacious Aqua Dolce for couples, compound.
What about enjoying a hideaway where you can arrange a Latin guitar trio to serenade you on the beach and have dinner on a moon lit patio.
For those who feel adventurous there are beautiful places where you can enjoy canoeing, diving, sailing, surfing, fishing and a lot more.
What would we do without romance?
Ancient Greeks helped to recognize the need to describe different kinds of love. They invented the word “eros” to describe carnal love and “agape” to mean a spiritual love.
Love and courtship have evolved with time. There was a time when scarcity on nubile women caused marriages to originate in captures, after men raided neighboring villages for wives. Then, the word honeymoon was born. There was a French custom originated in the fact that newly married couples went into hidden to avoid the kidnapped grooms to be rescued. After the moon went through all its phases, the couple drank a brew called metheglin which was made of honey.
At that time arranged marriages were the norm. They were business relations born out of the desire and or need for property, monetary or political alliances.
During medieval times, love emerged as a relevant cause for a relationship, in reaction to arranged marriages. The Victorian era, after 1830, brought romantic love to become the primary requirement for marriage.
Love, romance and friendship are great reasons to share, dine and gift.
Poems, cards, candy, food, drinks jewellery and romantic places are great ways to show loved ones how important they are for us.
Valentine day is the time to express love and celebrate the spirit of love.

Are you ready for the Christmas holidays? With love, when relations, gifting and sharing are the feelings and joy of the season? Christmas is the time for joy, love and relations.
God bless you and give you the best Christmas ever. Let love, health, prosperity and abundance come to you in an ever increasing flow of blessings for you and those you love and care for.
Make this the best Holiday season ever. The Christmas miracle season, brings the movement of money which creates wealth, hope, love and friendship for everybody. Chocolate, flowers, books, toys, all the way up to diamonds, luxury cars, the cruise of your life, are welcome during this holiday season and ever.
From the gospel of Luke we can experience the wonder of the original Christmas story. Amongst the shepherds living out in the fields an Angel of the Lord appeared to them and the Glory of the Lord shone around them, to bring the world great news of joy for all the people.
The Angel announced the birth of a savior in the town of David. Christ the Lord has been born. Celebrating Christmas on December 25th is a high point in the year. Since November, it is very difficult to forget that Christmas is coming. Colored lights, Christmas trees, Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus are seen all over letting us know that Christmas is coming.
Santa Claus has become the human face of Christmas. Children are taught Santa will bring them toys and presents the night before Christmas. Christmas is a time of magic and excitement for children and adults alike. Santa is based on a real person, St Nicholas, a Christian leader from the 4th century AD.
In the American colonies, Catholics, Anglicans, Dutch reformed and Lutherans approved Christmas celebrations, which began to adopt a joyful and often boisterous tradition from pagan cultures.
Charles Dikens, one of the giants of English literature gave life to Christmas by writing “A Christmas Carol”. Charles Dikens wrote from his own experience with his enormous warmth of feelings. Dickens was particularly successful at evoking the sights, sounds and smells of London. Charles Dikens novel “A Christmas Carol” popularized Christmas as a family event.
For various early cultures, December 25 was a significant date: Babilonians believed the son of the queen of heaven was born on December 25. Egyptians celebrated the birth of the fertility goddess Isis on December 25. Arabs believed that the moon was born on December 24.
Christmas is a great opportunity for us to treat friends, relatives and loved ones with great recipes. It is an awesome experience to share gourmet food, Christmas sugar cookies, Christmas berry mocha fudge, Christmas sour cream potato salad, chocolate brownie cookies, oyster stew, cranberry punch, traditional baked ham, Christmas bread and more.
Merry Christmas to you. Joy to the world, the Lord is coming. “Joy to the world with truth and grace”. Christmas is the most relevant celebration for western countries. Let´s have a Merry Christmas with friends, family and loved ones who join us around a table full of delicious food and drinks and with our hearts full of love, friendship and kindness.
As the ancient Magi or Wise men who came to visit Jesus: Melchior king of Arabia, who brought a casquet of gold, Caspar, king of Tarsus who brought myrrh in a gold mounted horn, and Balthasar king of Ethiopia, who brought frankincense in a censer, lets share abundance and prosperity with those we love and care for.
From the ancient Romans we received the decorated tree. During their Saturnalia winter festivals, they decorated trees with small pieces of metal, in honor of Saturn the God of agriculture. By the year 1531, Christmas trees were sold in Alsace, which at the time was a part of Germany. From Paradise, we received the apple tree, decorated with apples as a symbol of Adam and Eve feast on December 24.
Mark Carr brought trees to New York streets in 1851 and opened the first retail Christmas trees lot in the United States. Franklin Pierce was the first president to introduce Christmas trees in the White House.
All the traditions we received from all over the world and different branches of our ancestors, are here for us to enjoy during Christmas holidays with all those we love and care for. Let´s join around the Christmas tree, to share and enjoy the prosperity and abundance of wealth, health and love, as blessings from heaven for being persistent and for working to build a better Universe for us and all the marvelous humans who are doing everything possible for every citizen of the world to enjoy a better life style.

Is Trust The Way To A Better World?

Trust is based on the principle of reciprocity which binds society together. In value exchange trust occurs when we receive something, based on the “perception” or “feeling” that we are receiving what we expect.
From the emotional stand point we feel trust, when we expose our vulnerabilities to others, believing they will not take advantage of our openness. There are some emotions we associate to trust: companionship, friendship, love, agreement, relaxation, comfort.
“Trust means being able to predict what other people will do and what situations will occur. If we can surround ourselves with people we trust, then we can create a safe present and an even better future”.
The “golden rule”, “Do unto others as YOU would have them do unto YOU” is a simple and great formula for creating trust. Trust is a mental and emotional state which can not be measured directly. Barbara Mitzal points out that trust, makes social life predictable and creates a sense of community and makes it easier for people to work together.
Individuals and organizations must build trust to become successful. We build trust by doing something kind, helpful or useful for somebody else everyday. We must have a helpful attitude: To succeed as individuals and organizations we must find ways to help others solve their problems or give them something they need.
Whether as individuals or organizations it is better to be “green and growing” and embrace a lifelong learning experience to become more competent every day.
We must make decisions, whenever we decide we move forward, and by deciding we learn to take better and better decisions to help others and ourselves. Even bad decisions are better than indecision, because the later paralize and endanger the general purpose of going forward and becoming better individuals and organizations.
For the achievers of this world mistakes are learning lessons. We should be ready to trust our guts and our intuition. There should be a match between what we talk and do, which is called congruence, which is crucial to build trust and maintain it.
Our integrity should be unquestionable. The Us Military Academy, West Point code of honor reads: “I will not lie, cheat or steal, nor tolerate those who do”. Successful living means doing the harder right than following the easier wrong.
Communication is trust building. Great leaders communicate often and well. When a child is told to do something, they frequently ask ¿why? Adults are no different. We want to know why we have to do something or why we go in one direction or another. We should state our intent clearly and repeat it in such a way we are not misunderstood.
It is emotionally intelligent to take full responsibility for what we do and where we are, without excuses or rationalization. Charles Swindoll said: “10% of success in life is what happens to YOU; 90% is what you do with what happens to YOU.
It is emotionally intelligent to admit when we do not know something, and follow the expert guide of those who are more knowledgeable in areas we are not very competent. Great leaders empower others by delegating without abdicating the final responsibility.
Trust is FAITH and the enemy is doubt. Let´s fill our mind with thoughts of faith, confidence, hope, charity and positive experiences. We must build that shared belief that we can depend on each other to achieve a common purpose.
Life is about building relationships which requires the building of trust. We are used to have the expectancy that we can rely in the words of others. Trust and relationships are built through integrity and consistency in our relationships.
To be successful with our teams we need mutual trust, shared values, an inspiring vision, complimentary skills and lead people by placing trust in people.
To build trust and good relationships we have to learn to listen. A conversation is a relationship and effective communication is paramount to building relationships and influencing people.
The most important single ingredient in the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people. And the most important and closest relationship is the relationship with ourselves. We have to coach, love and care for us for what we are and for what we want to become.

The first Thanksgiving day after the American Revolution was November 26 of 1789, and was proclaimed by then president George Washington.
Thanksgiving Day, became a national annual Holiday, after 1861 when Abraham Lincoln proclaimed one and in 1941 Congress passed a joint resolution decreeing that Thanksgiving should fall on the fourth Thursday of November. The customary turkey dinner is a reminder of the wildfowl served in the Pilgrims celebration.

Halloween An Ancient Tradition
Halloween is besides tradition, the opportunity for love, renew relations with friends, relatives and for romance too. People love corny costumes and Halloween is a great time to use our creativity and enjoy witches, pirates, cowboys and fairies at many Halloween parties.
As per Hope, halloween treat is a glance of what halloween is about: “The fun we can have on a Halloween night: Tasty, sweet treats to nibble and bite shared candy kisses, creating the spark, pumpkin carvings glowing the dark witch from the west wickedly winks, inviting you over to share in drinks, stirring a cauldron the nectar sweet love is brewing a hallowing treat.”
For children, there are many characters they can relate to and feel comfortable with, at any party. Imagination has an awesome opportunity to give your common costumes flare and flavor for you to become the showstopper when you join the party,

Total Quality Management
Edward Deming World Networker
Living in Caracas, Venezuela is an awesome experience. There, I lived The Total Quality Management experience. In the late 70s quite a few managers were trying to find their way into higher realms of achievement for themselves and their companies.
I, myself, after working as a management executive for Intercontinental Hotels Corporation, I was building an independent business which would help me to become my own boss and achieve financial independence.
As I decided to build my business around the book industry, I found managers and CEOs of the largest companies in Venezuela asking for ideas on how to become more efficient and more productive. That curiosity brought me to Edward Deming´s Total Quality Management.
Even though the idea of social networking as we know now from the internet business world, was not used, I started to use it to build my business around a need of high ranking managers who were eager to learn new techniques to take their companies to higher levels of financial and productivity achievement.
I started by talking to production managers and general managers, about Edward Deming´s “Total Quality Management”. These business and industrial leaders and myself, learned about Deming´s success in Japan and how his theories were considered as one of the main causes for Japan´s economy to go from the ashes of war, into the new economic leader of the world.
Suddenly I found myself building my business network, talking and sharing Deming´s principles, and becoming an “authority” in total quality management at the same time.
From my hotel business activities, I did have good relations with Ford executives from the Venezuelan branch, who became very important for me at the time, as Ford Motor was the leading american company which became a quality example both for management and production quality, by using Deming´s principles.
That experience and my relations with Ford people became very important for me as I used them to promote Deming´s ideas which were of great help to build my business.
Networking is the trend in Internet marketing. Social networking sites are very successful, because they cater to all those of us who want to share our ideas, videos, photos and experience with the world.
Our knowledge and experience are being sought after in the marketplace, and we could help to build a better universe for all and great relationships for us. As we share our expertise, we learn from those who have abilities we don´t have and we build our social networks at the same time.
The quality revolution around the world is closely linked to Deming ideas, teachings, and practice. I did not meet him in person, but he was very important for me, for my networks of customers and friends and for my business.
Besides being the intelligence which built Total Quality Management in theory and practice, he was a great network builder. Deming was a great genius. Even before the Internet boom, he built a large network of industry and management leaders around the world who were his clients, readers and even fans.
Deming was a great american statistician, college professor, author, lecturer, consultant and a great help for my book business.
Deming help to build a better world is not over. The Deming Institute aims to foster the Deming system of knowledge to advance commerce, prosperity and peace.
Since june 16 1950, Edward Deming began his quest to help Japan to change the image of “made in Japan” as cheap and flimsy, to become a world leader in creativity, quality and outstanding performance.
Japan´s greatest guru was not even japanese, but american. He was awarded the second Order of the Sacred Treasure by former Emperor Hiroito.
Even though Edward Deming was born in the USA, he is a great example of the universal citizen and a world leader who still is helping us to build a better world.
Whether we are talking about the oil industry, auto industry or any other commercial or manufacturing activity, we might sense the presence of a genius who found a need for better products, developed a system and managerial techniques for the world to enjoy better products and better industrial social relations.
For those of us who are building our networks using the cyberspace Edward Deming is a great example as he built a worldwide network when the internet was not the great technological advantage we have now.

Love, Sex And Romance
Love is a great and powerful emotion which moves and bring to life the best in every one of us. Love is an awesome power to healthy, creative and harmonious relations.
Sex, is one of the most pleasurable and necessary activities for humans. Sex is kind of magical, complex and mysterious passion and even the simplest of sexual acts enjoyed together might enhance everybody´s life.
Romance is referred as a kind of attachment, fascination and enthusiasm for something or someone. Romantic love refers to special moments and situations within interpersonal relationships. Romance emphasizes emotions of love, intimacy, compassion, appreciation.
Romance is associated with a kind of longing and the experience of the beloved as some kind of special, idealized, highly necessary for ones happiness.
Love, sex and romance are themes frequently used by writers, composers and singers to “talk” about their feelings and their way to bring to the surface the feelings of millions whose poetry is not their primary quality.
